Pip Support

We're here to help

Questions, bug reports, billing issues, privacy requests, and account questions can all start with one email.

Support email: hello@meetpip.app

Pip is a wellness app, not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or emergency care. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Need support? Email hello@meetpip.app from the email address you want us to reply to.

Contact Pip support

Send your request to hello@meetpip.app. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, or anything you would not want processed by email.

If you are writing about a bug, subscription, privacy request, or app question, a short description is enough to get started.

What to include

Including a few details helps us route and debug your request faster:

  • what you were trying to do in Pip;
  • what happened instead;
  • your device model, iOS version, and Pip app version if you have them;
  • whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes;
  • screenshots only if they do not reveal sensitive personal details.

Billing and subscriptions

Pip subscriptions are handled through Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not always cancel an active App Store subscription.

If you still need help understanding a charge or subscription state, email us at hello@meetpip.app and tell us what you are seeing in the app.

Privacy and deletion

Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to hello@meetpip.app. Please include "Privacy Request" in the subject line so we can route it correctly.

You can also read our Privacy Policy for more detail about how Pip handles support messages and app data.

Emergencies

Support email is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services now.

In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You can also text 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.
